An Important Message From Their Excellencies:
Unto the Noble Populace of Meridies,
It is with regret that due to an administrative error, The Barony South Downs did not get an event flyer submitted to Popular Chivalry by the submission deadline for MidWinter Arts and Sciences. Per Corpora, all official events must be posted in their Kingdom Newsletter.
What this means is that MidWinter A&S no longer has Official status. Due to this error, The Crown will not be able to conduct Official business including the giving of awards at our event.
We are still having MidWinter A&S and this will not effect the Arts and Science Tournament. We hope that all of you will still join us at MidWinter to enjoy the beauty that this Grand Kingdom can produce.
We offer our sincere apologies to Their Majesties and the Populace of Meridies for this error and are working on safeguards to prevent this from happening in the future,
