A message from one of the Gulf Wars XX co-Autocrats!
In case folks don't know, the war is covering the cost of the stalls so you will not have to pay for that if you reserve in advance and let the Equestrian Marshall know that you are coming and how many horses you will have with you.
Please let myself or Eule know if you have any other questions!
Thanks so much and hope that many of you can attend!

An Invitation from your GW XX EqMIC, Master Eule
The time approaches for the most sensational equestrian event of the year….Gulf Wars XX!
I would like to invite folks to sign up for the Gulf Wars XX equestrian list at GW_Equestrian_2011-subscribe @yahoogroups.com (no space between 'subscribe' and '@'.) Once we have a good number of folks on the list we'll start discussing the details of what you would like to see for our activities next year. As a starting point, I am basing the schedule very closely on what we did for Gulf Wars this year however, I am certainly open to your suggestions on how to make it better. So please have some ideas handy and join the discussion. This year's schedule is still listed in the files section of the group so please take a look for what all we did.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Eule/Steve

If bringing a horse on-site, per society regulations, you will need to provide a copy of current Cogging's (and health cert for out of state). Strangles vaccinations are recommended, but not required, as there have been occasional outbreaks in the area over the last several years. All horses that board at Ledgewood Stables are regularly vaccinated against Strangles as a precaution. Overnight camping/trailer space is available, if needed. Please contact Lord Logan ahead of time to make arrangements and get details. A toilet and wash rack with water are available for use. Bring shade pavilions and chairs. Major fast food chains and restaurants are available at the next two exits east of Post Rd.
